This was a warranty item - the tape did not stick, so I called for replacement. Per the manufacturer, this fits 2019 thru 2025 RAV4 Hybrid model's. They sent me a new complete BumperTopper. This is as-new.

I purchased new 3M brand VHB tape and installed it on this cover. Comes with cleaning pad and installation instructions - as from the manufacturer. It had been installed but to be removed and replaced. New 3M brand VHB tape installed.
